■How to use the service
Membership
To use the service, you must sign up for a free membership.
Follow the instructions in the registration screen to enter your information.
When you have finished signing up, you will be issued a "User Number".
How to print at a convenience store
Upload your file
Log in to the service, and upload the file you want to print.
The file upload method depends on the file type.
Document Print prints Office documents and PDF documents on B5/A4/B4/A3-size copy paper or A4-size photo paper.
Use Document Print to print Office documents.
Image Print prints photo images on L/2L/Square-size photo paper or sticker paper, or B5/A4/B4/A3-size copy paper or A4-size photo paper.
You can also use Index Print to print a row of multiple photo images, and you can print a calendar or a poster.
Use Image Print to print photo images.
Office files, PDF files and images will be printed on the non-address side of the provided postcard.
Use Print on postcard to print postcards.
Print at a convenience store
Enter your user number at the touch panel of a SHARP Multi-Function Copier installed at the convenience store, select the uploaded file, and print.
The printing method varies by store.

- ● The following characters cannot be used in file names and registered name.

■Word file cautions
- ● Using "2 pages per sheet" and other similar functions may result in an incorrect print image.
- ● Files with a macro function enabled cannot be uploaded, or if uploaded, may not print correctly.
- ● If a history of revisions or comments are set for a file, the history/comments will not be printed.
■Excel file cautions
- ● If a file path (save location) is inserted in a header or footer, the path will change to the path name (save location) that is processed by the server.
- ● If the date and time are inserted in a header or footer, the date and time will change to the date and time of processing by the server.
- ● If a resolution other than 300 dpi is set, page breaks may change.
- ● Files with a macro function enabled cannot be uploaded, or if uploaded, may not print correctly.
- ● Graph legends may not be displayed properly depending on graph.
■PowerPoint file cautions
- ● If an automatically updated date and time are inserted in a header or footer, the date and time will change to the date and time of processing by the server.
- ● A file with slide show setting cannot be uploaded.
- ● Files with a macro function enabled cannot be uploaded, or if uploaded, may not print correctly.
■PDF file cautions
- ● PDF files with 3D comments, sound movie comments, watermark comments, screen comments, layer view, OpenType embedded fonts, embedded thumbnails, JavaScript, or PKI security are not supported. PDF files with attached file-only encryption are not supported. These files cannot be uploaded, or if uploaded, may not print correctly.
- ● Adobe Extension (Flash / AES 256 bit / Portfolio) is not supported.

- ● Printing is not possible on a margin of about 5 mm at the left/right and top/bottom edges of the paper.
If printing at [Actual size] is selected when a file is uploaded and the document content extends to the edges of the paper, the edges of the document may be cut off when printed.
■JPEG file cautions
- ● JPEG files in RGB format are supported.
- ● JPEG files in grayscale format are not supported.
■Other cautions
- ● Even if a file is within the size limit when uploaded, the file may not be printable if the size limit is exceeded after the file is converted to the print format. In this case, a failed to extract message will appear in My Box. You will also be notified by e-mail.
When this happens, the file cannot be printed. Delete the file from My Box, make the file smaller by reducing the number of pages or otherwise, and then re-upload the file.
- ● Even when a file is within the file size limit, it may not upload correctly if your browser session times out due to a problem in your environment.
- ● The file storage period is 8 days, including the day on which the file is uploaded. You can change it any of 1-30 days. Files will be automatically deleted after storage period, so be sure to print before this. The time at which a file is deleted is generally the same time as the time at which the file was uploaded. There may be slight variations in the time of deletion. If a file is deleted before being printed, please re-upload the file.
- ● When an object (graphic, image, graph, etc.) with an effect such as transparency applied is inserted in an Office file, the color and gradation in the printed result may differ from those of preview image. In addition objects drawn by ink function may not be displayed.
- ● Documents created in Microsoft Office for Mac are not supported.
- ● Documents with a password can only be uploaded as PDF Documents. Delete the password before saving.
- ● When the document size of an uploaded file is other than B5/A4/B4/A3, the print result may differ significantly from the preview.
- ● When the document size of an uploaded file is other than B5/A4/B4/A3, the printed image may be cut off or excessive margins may appear.
- ● If margins smaller than 4.2 mm are set in the application in which the file was created, the printed image may be cut off.
- ● If an unsupported font is used, the file may not print correctly.
