  • What is the Network Print Service?

    You can print out the files you have registered via internet in advance on a SHARP Multi-Function Copier in a convenience store by using the Network Print Service.

    Simple 3 steps to use!

    1. Register the file you want to print in the APP. (*Prior membership registration (free of charge) is needed.)
    2. Go to a convenience store having SHARP Multi-Function Copier.
    3. Select necessary number of copies to print.

    Network Print Service allows you to;

    • register photos and print in L/2L size.
    • print ID photos, calendars and posters.
    • print Word/Excel®/Power Point/PDF files as well as photos.
    • share with everybody by using one account (flyer, pamphlet or free paper etc.)
    • resolve urgent print needs while on a business trip at the nearest convenience store.


  • Please let me know how much is the Network Print Service.

    Membership registration is free of charge. Only charged for the number of prints you made at the store. For the store print charge, click here.


  • The message "Authentication failed." appears on a MFP in a store, even though a correct user number is entered.

    A1: Please check that the user number is entered correctly. There are some easily mistaken characters such as "0" (numeric zero) and "o" (Letter O). Attention should be paid.


    A2. The setting of "Log in with your user number" may be disabled. Please log in from the web and check to see that the [How to log in at a Multi-Function Copier in a store] in the Account Settings shall be [Log in with your user number only or with your login name and password.].   • What is "How to log in at a Multi-Function Copier in a store"?

    Two kinds of methods are available to log in the Network Print Service from Multi-Function Copier at store.

    1. Log in with your user number only or with your login name (registered E-mail address) and password.
    2. Prohibit login with your user number only; always log in with your login name (registered E-mail address) and password.
    Where (1) is selected and you want to ask somebody to print your files, you can tell him your 10-digit user number. Then anybody is allowed to print any files you registered at store. But if you want to prevent other people from printing your files without permission by entering 10-digit user number randomly, please select (2).

  • Please let me know what formats are available for printing by the Network Print Service.

    Some restrictions are specified for the files available for the Network Print Service.

  • Can I print at store with user number only?

    It is possible when [Log in with your user number only or with your login name and password] is selected for [How to log in at a Multi-Function Copier in a store].
    You can check the setting of [How to log in at a Multi-Function Copier in a store] in the Account Settings after logging in from the web. Account Settings screen on the web


  • I have connected my smartphone with the Multi-Function Copier in a convenience store over Wi-Fi, but login in the APP is failed. A message saying "It is not connected to the Internet." appears.

    Network Print Service is a service where you can register files in advance and download them to print by a Multi-Function Copier. So, you don't have to connect your smartphone to Wi-Fi in a convenience store.

  • Is text file (.txt) supported?

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but you have to convert a text file into an available format.

    If you are using PC, you can download and install SHARP Network Print Driver, in which you can register files in the Network Print Service in the same way you would print by printer from an application such as a editor. For SHARP Network Print Driver, click here.

    *SHARP Network Print Driver is Japanese version only.


Membership Registration & Login


  • I don't know how to register the membership.

  • I have not received the E-mail of provisional registration.

    A1: Please make sure whether the E-mail is treated as a junk mail.

    A2: The E-mail address you entered at the provisional registration may not be correct. Please register your E-mail address again.

    A3: If you use the Domain Specified Receiving, please set "networkprint.ne.jp" to be allowed reception.

    A4: The "E-mails with URL link" may be specified to be rejected. An E-mail with the URL of the home page where you perform registration is to be sent. But there is a possibility that it may be rejected.


  • I cannot register formally.

    A1: Please make sure that all required item fields (* indicates required item) are filled in.

    A2: Please make sure that input items are entered correctly.

    A3: If seven or more days have passed after provisional registration, the issued URL for formal registration becomes invalid. If seven or more days have passed after provisional registration, please register again.


  • Is there any charge for membership registration?

    Registration is free. But there is a charge for the number of prints you made at a store after you have completed the membership registration and file registration.


  • Is there any expiration for membership?

    There is no expiration.


  • I cannot login.

    A1: Please make sure that login name and password are entered correctly.
    *The login name is the E-mail address you registered.

    A2: Please check your browser.
    *The following browsers are recommended to view and use this website comfortably.

  • I couldn't login, when I tried it after a long interval.

    A1: Please make sure that login name and password are correct.

    A2: We would like to explain about the possibility that the account may be canceled.
    The expiration of an account is specified as 180 days before in the Network Print Service. Accounts are deleted if there has been no access for 180 days. (The 180 days' expiration had been canceled at the system change on Jan. 22, 2014.)
    If you haven't access to it for 180 days before Jan.22, 2014, it should be deleted. If it is deleted, you can register the same address again as a new address. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but please try it.


  • I forgot the password.

    Click here and enter your E-mail address. The URL for resetting password will be noticed to the E-mail address you entered.


  • I am reissuing the password since I forgot it. But I have not received the E-mail for reissue.

    A1: Please make sure whether the E-mail is treated as a junk mail. If you use the Domain Specified Receiving, please set "networkprint.ne.jp" to be allowed reception.

    A2: Please make sure whether the entered E-mail address is identical with the registered E-mail address.


  • I cannot change account information.

    A1: You can login this service from the web site and change the account information from the [Account Settings] tab. Account Settings Screen on the web

    A2: Please make sure that all required item fields (* indicates required item) are filled in.


  • I cannot change password.

    A1: You can login this service from the web site and change the password from the [Account Settings] tab. Account Settings Screen on the web

    A2: Please make sure that all required item fields (* indicates required item) are filled in.

    A3: Please make sure that input items are entered correctly. (*It should be 8-16 one-byte alphanumeric characters. Both alphabetical and numeric characters should be included.) Password is case-sensitive.


  • I would like to change E-mail address.

    You can login this service from the web site and open Account Setting to click "For changing login name (E-mail address), click here". Link for changing the login name (E-mail address)


    After you enter a new E-mail address in the screen opened after clicking, an E-mail will be sent to the E-mail address. You can access to the URL described in the mail text to reset password, then change of E-mail address will be completed.

    *After change of E-mail address is completed, you cannot login with the previous login name (E-mail address).

    *If a wrong E-mail address is entered as a new one or the E-mail has not been received, please perform the operation again by logging in with the previous login name (E-mail address).

    *Even though a correct E-mail address is entered but the E-mail has not been received, please check here.


  • I don't know how to cancel the membership.

    You can login this service from the web site and proceed with the button of [Procedure for canceling membership] at the bottom of the screen of [Account Settings].


File Uploads


  • I cannot upload document file.

    A1: It may be an unsupported file format or exceed the limit of page number or size. See "Specifications/restrictions" for details.

    A2: Please make sure that the paper size is selected.

    A3: Please make sure that the file path is entered correctly.

    A4: File upload may be failed depending on your environment (such as network connecting situation).


  • I cannot upload image file.

    A1: It may be an unsupported file format or exceed the limit of page number or size. See "Specifications/restrictions" for details.

    A2: Please make sure that the file path is entered correctly.

    A3: File upload may be failed depending on your environment (such as network connecting situation).


  • I cannot register a file with a message indicating that unavailable signals are included, when I try to register it.

    A1: If the file name of the original file stored in your PC or smart phone includes unavailable characters, the file cannot be registered.

    A2: If the file name specified at the registration includes unavailable characters, the file cannot be registered.

    Please check whether the original file name or the registered file name include the following characters.

  • All of photos in my photo album are not shown, when I try to register some photos in my iPhone.

    Only the photos stored in your smartphone are shown by Network Print APP. So, the photos stored in iCloud you are using are not shown by the APP.

    If you want to register the photos in iCloud, please download them to your smartphone then register them in MyBox.

    You can select and preview photos you want to register in the photo album in your smartphone, then the photos are downloaded in your smartphone.


  • Can I print small size image well?

    Small size image may have coarse print results and may not be printed beautifully. Meanwhile, large size image is printed by reducing into the size which can be handled by the printing device automatically.


  • I have not received the upload completion notice (E-mail).

    A1: Please make sure whether the E-mail is treated as a junk mail.

    A2: When the setting [E-mail notification when file uploading is completed] is specified as [No], no E-mail is to be sent when the file registration is completed. Please check the setting [E-mail notification when file uploading is completed] in Account Settings after you login from the web. Account Settings Screen on the web


  • I have registered a file, but I have not received the E-mail with 8-digit number.

    The service you use may not be our Network Print Service.

    In the Network Print Service, 10-digit [User Number] is issued for every user after the membership registration is completed. When you specify [E-mail notification when file uploading is completed] is [Yes], 10-digit User Number is notified by E-mail again. For printing by a Multi-Function Copier in a store, you can login by entering this 10-digit user number or entering your E-mail address and password to select all files you registered.

    The files you registered can be printed out by a SHARP Multi-Function Copier installed in the following convenience stores.

    • Seicomart
    • FamilyMart
    • Lawson
    *Some convenience store may not support the Network Print Service.


  • The registered data is not displayed on My Box.

    If the completion message is not displayed, the registration may not be completed. Please check [How to upload documents for Document Print] or [How to upload images for Image Print] for details.


  • "Cannot print" is displayed at the print status area of My Box.

    The page number or the file size may have exceeded when converting into the data for printing. Please click [Change] in the Details screen, after clicking [Details] of the appropriate file in My Box. It may be printed after setting [2 Pages per Side] or [Page Select] and clicking [Change] to register again in the Change screen. Click here for details of "Specifications/restrictions".


  • "Processing failed" is displayed at the print status area of My Box.

    A1: Since the registered file is protected by password, conversion may have been failed. Please delete the password and register the file again.

    A2: The file may not be handled by this system. We are very sorry, but Please check it in My Box and delete the appropriate file.


  • "Processing in progress" is displayed at the print status area of My Box.

    It is being converted into the data for printing. Please wait for a while. After the conversion is completed, the status is changed into "Print OK", then it is ready for printing in a store.


  • Can I change the name of registered data?

    Please click [Edit] in the Details screen, after clicking [Details] of the file you want to change the registered name. The registered name can be changed by clicking [Change this file] after entering new registered name in the edit screen.


  • Where can I check the print image of the registered file?

    You can check the print image in the Details of My Box, after the file is uploaded.

    *Only print images for the pages to be printed are shown.
    Example) When 11-15 pages among 20 pages of a file are selected, only the preview of 11-15 pages are shown. (The preview of 1-10 and 16 -20 pages are not shown.)


  • File print image is different from what is expected.

    A1: If you use unsupported font, correct characters may not be displayed or printed. For the supported fonts, please check "Supported Font" in "Specifications/restrictions".

    A2: If you use "2 pages per sheet" function of Word, it may not be displayed correctly.

    A3: When the file path name or date/time is inserted in the header/footer in an Excel® file, they are converted into the path name or date/time when they are processed at the server side.

    A4: When other than 300dpi of resolution is specified for an Excel® file, the border of the page may be displaced.

    A5: When the date/time of header/footer automatic update is inserted in a PowerPoint® file, they are converted into the date/time when they are processed at the server side.

    A6: If it is an Office file which is created by other than Office2010/2013/2016 Japanese edition, it may not be displayed correctly.

    A7: The print image may be different from what is printed actually.

    A8: When you print a screen displayed by Microsoft® Edge from the Network Print Driver, letters may not be displayed or printed properly. Please try printing by other browser such as Internet Explorer®.


  • Enlarged print image flickers.

    There may be rare cases where image flickers depending on the window size of the browser. Please adjust it by broadening the window of the browser.


  • How can I register a web page of the Internet?

    We are very sorry to say that you cannot register to the Network Print Service directly from the mail application or the web browser, when you are using iOS or Android smart phone.

    When you are using PC, you can register the file in the Network Print Service in the same way you would print on a printer by a mailer or a web browser after you have downloaded and installed SHARP Network Print Driver. Click here for SHARP Network Print Driver.

  • How can I register to print an E-mail by the Network Print Service?

  • How can I register a map in the Network Print Service?

    When you are using PC, you can register map data in JPEG, PNG or PDF format. In addition, registration of map data such as Google Maps is also available by using SHARP Network Print Driver.

    When you are using iOS or Android smart phone, you can register map data only in JPEG, PNG or PDF format. The map data such as Google Maps cannot be registered directly to the Network Print Service.

  • I don't know how to print out the booked e-ticket.

    We are very sorry to say that you cannot register in the Network Print Service directly, when you are using iOS or Android smart phone. If you have data in JPEG, PNG or PDF format, you can register it.

    When you are using PC, you can register the file in the Network Print Service in the same way you would print on a printer after you have downloaded and installed SHARP Network Print Driver.

  • Can I print the registered data repeatedly?

    You can print as many times as you want as long as it is within storage period. The storage period of data is 8 days including the date of registration. You can change it any of 1-30 days. The time of data deletion is around the same time of the day with the date of registration. But it may be shifted slightly.


  • Can I select the range of pages to be printed?

    You can set it by [Page Select] for Document Print when file is uploaded by the web site or smart phone application.

    *You are recommended to check print image by [Details] before printing. How to check print image, click here.


    When you upload files by SHARP Network Print Driver, you can register only the selected pages by selecting the pages in the print setting of the application.
    *Some application may not select pages.
    *SHARP Network Print Driver is Japanese version only.


    For Windows® driver

    (1) Select [SHARP Network Print Driver] in Printer Selection in Print of the application and select pages you want to print and click [Print]. Print setting screen of the application

    (2) The application screen of SHARP Network Print Driver is activated. Set paper sizes and click [Next].

    (3) After confirming that only the selected pages are registered by the preview screen, click [Register File] to complete registration.


    For Mac driver

    (1) Select the Print of the application and select [Sharp Network Print] for the printer and select the range of the pages you want to print for Page. Setting screen for the range of pages to be printed

  • Can I change the pages to be printed for the file uploaded in My Box?

    You can change them in the web site or smart phone application. You can change them by [Page Select] of [Details].

    *You cannot change the pages of the file uploaded by SHARP Network Print Driver.

  • The message "10-digit number is required." is displayed, when I try to print at a convenience store. Where can I check the number?

    Your user number can be checked in the following screens after login.

  • The message "8 digit number is required." is displayed, when I try to print at a convenience store.

    The Multi-Function Copier you use may not be a SHARP Multi-Function Copier. For printing the files registered in the Network Print Service by our Multi-Function Copier, you can login by entering the 10-digit user number or entering your E-mail address and password to select the files you want to print. The Network Print Service is available for printing by a SHARP Multi-Function Copier installed in the following convenience stores.

    • Seicomart
    • FamilyMart
    • Lawson
    *Some convenience store may not support the Network Print Service.


  • Please let me know how to print 2-sided.

    For Document Print, you can set at the printing by a multi-copier in a store. Please set 2-sided print in this screen displayed when Document Print is selected. Print setting screen on a Multi-Function Copier

    However, 2-sided print is not available for Image Print.


  • I would like to print 2 pages of document on 1 sheet.

    "2 Pages per Side" setting is available for Document Print when file is registered from the web site or the most recent version of Smartphone.


    Further, not only 2 pages but also 4 pages can be put in a side to register when file is registered from SHARP Network Print Driver.


    For Windows® driver

    (1) Select [SHARP Network Print Driver] in Printer Selection in Print of the application and click [Print]. Print setting screen of Mac

    (2) The application screen of SHARP Network Print Driver is activated. For printing 2 sheets of A4 pages on 1 sheet of A3 page, for example, select the paper size "A3" here. Select [2Up] for N-Up print and click [Next]. Setting screen for number of pages printed on 1 sheet

    (3) After confirming that the 2 pages are put together into 1 page and registered by the preview screen, click [Register File] to complete registration.


    For Mac driver

    (1) Select the Print of the application and select [Sharp Network Print] for the printer and select [layout]. Print setting screen of Mac

    (2) For printing 2 sheets of A4 pages on 1 sheet of A3 page, for example, select A3 for Paper Size. For printing 2 pages on 1 page, select [2] for Pages/Sheet. Setting screen for number of pages printed on 1 sheet

    (3) When the account of the Network Print Service is not specified, select [Network Print] and enter [Login Name (E-mail Address)], [Password] then click [Print]. Setting screen of user information for Mac driver

  • How can I print PNG file with copy papers?

    Please register the PNG file as an image file.

    You have to select the paper type at the printing by a multi-copier in a store. After [Print Service] -> [Network Print] -> [Image Print] , please select [Enlargement Print] at the selection of print type. Print type selection screen for Multi-Function Copier

    After selecting [Enlargement Print], please select the paper type and paper size you want to print on the paper selection screen.


  • I would like to enlarge A4 into A3 to print. But I don't know how to do it.

    Document Print
    Only the paper size specified at the registration is enabled. You need to register the document file again. Please select A3 for the paper size at the re-registration.

    Image Print
    For Image Print, you can select A3 for the paper size at the printing by a Multi-Function Copier in a store.


  • Where can I specify the paper for printing photo?

    For Image Print, you can select the paper size at the printing by a Multi-Function Copier in a store. When you print with A4 size, please select [Enlargement Print] for the print type after [Print Service] -> [Network Print] -> [Image Print]. Selection screen for print type on Multi-Function Copier


  • Can I bring glossy papers to a store for printing?

    We are very sorry to say that we are not allowing you to bring your own papers for printing. You can make Image Print on the A4 size photo papers loaded in a Multi-Function Copier.


  • The registered image is printed with the top, bottom, right and left side cut off.

    L size photo print is a full bleed print in which the registered image is enlarged to print so that the image may protrude the edge of top, bottom, right and left of the paper. You can print the image with void and without being cut by specifying the print area.
    (*Please note that some function may not be available.)


  • Can I print by actual size?

    PDF file can be printed by actual size. You can select [Print by fitting to the paper size] or [Print by actual size] in the setting at the registration. Please select [Print by actual size].

    *In the actual size print, about 5mm of area from the top, bottom, right and left edge of a paper cannot be printed by Multi-Function Copier. Please note that the image may be lost if your original is situated in these area.


  • 1 page of document file is displayed as 2 pages in preview and 2 pages are printed out.

    It may be considered that the document occupies almost full area of the print paper and thus it protrudes the page when it is converted by the Network Print Service, as a result it has become 2 pages. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you are requested to ensure a little more void in the target file. Please perform printing after uploading the changed file and checking that the print image may not become 2 pages in the Details of My Box.


  • The data registered by a multi-copier in a store is not displayed.

    A1: Please check whether storage period have passed. The storage period of data is 8 days including the date of registration. You can change it any of 1-30 days. The time of data deletion is around the same time of the day with the date of registration. But it may be shifted slightly.

    A2: The file size converted into the print data after registration may exceed the file size. Please check the situation by My Box or the E-mail sent at the registration.


  • I don't know how to operate Multi-Function Copier.
