  • What is the Network Print Service?

    You can print out the files you have registered via internet in advance on a SHARP Multi-Function Copier in a convenience store by using the Network Print Service.

    Simple 3 steps to use!

    1. Register the file you want to print in the APP.
    2. Go to a convenience store having SHARP Multi-Function Copier.
    3. Select necessary number of copies to print.

    Network Print Service allows you to;

    • register photos and print in L/2L size.
    • print ID photos, calendars and posters.
    • print Word/Excel®/Power Point/PDF files as well as photos.
    • share with everybody by using one account (flyer, pamphlet or free paper etc.)
    • resolve urgent print needs while on a business trip at the nearest convenience store.


  • Please let me know how much is the Network Print Service.

    Membership registration is free of charge. Only charged for the number of prints you made at the store. For the store print charge, click here.


  • Where can I print the file registered in the Network Print Service?

    You can print it on a Sharp Multi-Function Copier in the convenience stores below.

    *Some convenience store may not support the Network Print Service.

  • Will a receipt be issued after?

    Yes, a receipt will be issued after using Multi-Function Copier.

    However, multi-copy machines that cannot print L size photo paper cannot issue a receipt automatically. In that case, please ask a convenience store employee to issue a receipt after printing.


Membership Registration & Login


  • I don't know how to register the membership.

  • I have not received the E-mail of provisional registration. Why?

    As a cause for not receiving the provisional registration E-mail, you may need to make settings on the mailer side, or the email address you entered at the time of provisional registration might be wrong.

    A1: Please make sure whether the E-mail is treated as a junk mail.

    A2: The E-mail address you entered at the provisional registration may not be correct. Please register your E-mail address again.

    A3: If you use the Domain Specified Receiving, please set "networkprint.ne.jp" to be allowed reception.

    A4: The "E-mails with URL link" may be specified to be rejected. An E-mail with the URL of the home page where you perform registration is to be sent. But there is a possibility that it may be rejected.


  • Is there any charge for membership registration?

    Registration is free. But you will be charged according to the number of prints you make at a convenience store when you upload files after the membership registration.


  • Is there any expiration for membership?

    There is no expiration.


  • I cannot login. Why?

    Please check your login name and password again.

    A1: Please make sure that login name and password are entered correctly.
    *The login name is the E-mail address you registered.

    A2: If you forget the password, click here to reset the password.


  • The message "Authentication failed." appears on a Multi-Function Copier in a store, even though a correct user number is entered. Why?

    You input contents may be wrong, or the login only with user number may be disabled.

    A1: Attention should be paid, because there are some easily mistaken characters such as "0" (numeric zero) and "o" (Letter O).

    A2: Please check whether the login only with user number is enabled with either one of the following methods.

    • Smartphone APP
    • User Information Screen in Smartphone APP


    • Website
    • Account Settings Screen on the web


  • I forgot the password. Can I no longer login?

    If you forget the password, click here to reset the password.


  • I am reissuing the password since I forgot it. But I have not received the E-mail for reissue. When can I get it?

    The Network Print Service will send an E-mail immediately after it has accepted your request. If you cannot receive it, please check the following items.

    A1: Please make sure whether the E-mail is treated as a junk mail. If you use the Domain Specified Receiving, please set "networkprint.ne.jp" to be allowed reception.

    A2: Please make sure whether the entered E-mail address is identical with the registered E-mail address.


  • Can I change password?

    You can change password after you login from the Smartphone APP or the website.

  • Can I change E-mail address?

    You can change E-mail address from the website, but cannot change from the Smartphone APP.

    You can login this service from the website and click "For changing login name (E-mail address), click here" in Account Setting to enter new E-mail address, then an E-mail is sent to that E-mail address. You can access the URL stated in the text body of the E-mail and reset a password, then complete changing E-mail address. Link for changing the login name (E-mail address)

    *After change of E-mail address is completed, you cannot login with the previous login name (E-mail address).

    *If a wrong E-mail address is entered as a new one or the E-mail has not been received, please perform the operation again by logging in with the previous login name (E-mail address).

    *Even though a correct E-mail address is entered but the E-mail has not been received, please check here.


  • Can I cancel the membership of the Network Print Service?

    You can cancel the membership from the website, but cannot cancel from the Smartphone APP.

    You can login this service from the website and proceed with the button of [Click here for the procedure of cancelling the membership] in [Account Setting].

  • Please let me know what formats are available for printing by the Network Print Service.

    The following files are available for the Network Print Service.

  • I failed to upload file. Why?

    A1: It may be an unsupported file format or exceed the limit of page number or size. See "Specifications/restrictions" for details.

    A2: When it is a document file, please make sure that the paper size is selected.

    A3: Please make sure that the file path is entered correctly.

    A4: File upload may be failed depending on your environment (such as network connecting situation).


  • I cannot upload a file with a message indicating that unavailable signals are included. Why?

    A1: If the file name of the original file stored in your PC or smart phone includes unavailable characters, the file cannot be registered.

    A2: If the file name specified at the registration includes unavailable characters, the file cannot be registered.

    Please check whether the original file name or the registered file name include the following characters.
    \ / : * ? " < > | & %


  • All of photos in my photo album may not be shown, when I try to upload some photos in my iPhone. Why?

    Photos stored in iCloud only are not shown. Only the photos stored in your smartphone are shown by Smartphone APP.

    If you want to register the photos in iCloud, please download them to your smartphone then register them in MyBox.

    You can select and preview photos you want to register in the photo album in your smartphone, then the photos are downloaded in your smartphone.


  • Can I print small size image well?

    Small size image may have coarse print results and may not be printed beautifully. Meanwhile, large size image is printed by reducing into the size which can be handled by the printing device automatically.


  • Can I select the range of pages to be printed?

    You can set it by [Page Select] for Document Print when file is uploaded by Smartphone APP or the web site.

    *You are recommended to check print image in the Details screen before printing. How to check print image, click here.



  • I would like to print 2 pages of document on 1 sheet.

    "2 Pages per Side" setting is available for Document Print when file is registered from the web site or the most recent version of Smartphone.


    Further, not only 2 pages but also 4 pages can be put in a side to register when file is registered from SHARP Network Print Driver.

  • Can I print by actual size?

    PDF file can be printed by actual size. You can select [Print by fitting to the paper size] or [Print by actual size] in the setting at the registration. Please select [Print by actual size].

    *In the actual size print, about 5mm of area from the top, bottom, right and left edge of a paper cannot be printed by Multi-Function Copier. Please note that the text or image may be lost if your original is situated in these area.


  • I would like to enlarge a document file into A3 to print. But I don't know how to do it.

    Please select A3 for the paper size at the uploading in the Network Print Service.

    When you upload PDF file, please set [Fit Page] as well and upload.


  • I have not received the upload completion notice (E-mail). When can I get it?

    E-mail is sent after the status becomes [Print OK].


  • I have uploaded a file, but I have not received the E-mail with 8-digit number. When can I get it?

    The service you use may not be our Network Print Service.

    In the Network Print Service, 10-digit [User Number] is issued for every user after the membership registration is completed. When you login from Smartphone APP, 10-digit User Number is displayed on the top screen. For printing by a Multi-Function Copier in a convenience store, you can login by entering this 10-digit user number or entering your E-mail address and password to select any files you uploaded.

    The files you registered can be printed out by a SHARP Multi-Function Copier installed in the following convenience stores.

    • Seicomart
    • FamilyMart
    • Lawson
    *Some convenience store may not support the Network Print Service.


  • Where can I check to see whether the uploaded file can be printed?

    If the 1st page of the uploaded file is displayed at the left of My Box, it is ready to be printed. If other than that is displayed, please see below.

    The number of pages or file size may have exceeded the limit when converting into the data for printing. It may be printed after decreasing the number of pages of the data for printing.
    Please select the target file in My Box and tap [Edit]. It may be printed by setting [2 Pages per Side] or [Page Select] in the Change screen and tapping [Finish] to load it again.

    In this situation, print is impossible.
    Please check below and load the file again.

    A1: Since the registered file is protected by password, conversion may have been failed.Please delete the password and register the file again.

    A2: The file may not be handled by this system.​​​ We are very sorry, but please delete the target file in My Box.

    It is being converted into the data for printing. When the status is changed into "Print OK", then it is ready for printing.


  • The uploaded data is not displayed on My Box. Why?

    If the completion message is not displayed, the registration may not be completed. Please check [How to upload documents for Document Print] or [How to upload images for Image Print] for details.


  • Where can I check the print image of the registered file?

    You can check the print image in the Details of My Box, after the file is uploaded.

    *Only print images for the pages to be printed are shown.
    Example) When 11-15 pages among 20 pages of a file are selected, only the preview of 11-15 pages are shown. (The preview of 1-10 and 16 -20 pages are not shown.)


  • File print image before/after upload is different from what is expected. Why?

    If some functions which is not supported by the Network Print Service are included, print image may become different between before and after the upload.
    Please check below.

    A1: If you use unsupported font, correct characters may not be displayed or printed. For the supported fonts, please check "Supported Font" in "Specifications/restrictions".

    A2: If you use "2 pages per sheet" function of Word, it may not be displayed correctly.

    A3: When the file path name or date/time is inserted in the header/footer in an Excel® file, they are converted into the path name or date/time when they are processed at the server side.

    A4: When other than 300dpi of resolution is specified for an Excel® file, the border of the page may be displaced.

    A5: When the date/time of header/footer automatic update is inserted in a PowerPoint® file, they are converted into the date/time when they are processed at the server side.

    A6: If it is an Office file which is created by other than Office 2010/2013/2016 Japanese edition, it may not be displayed correctly.

    A7: The print image may be different from what is printed actually.

    A8: When you print a screen displayed by Microsoft® Edge from the SHARP Network Print Driver, letters may not be displayed or printed properly. Please try printing by other browser such as Internet Explorer®.


  • Can I change the name of registered data?

    The uploaded file name can be changed in the edit screen.

    Please tap [Edit], after selecting the data you want to change the uploaded name in My Box.
    The uploaded name can be changed by entering new uploaded name and tapping [Finish] to load it again.


  • Can I change the pages to be printed for the file uploaded in My Box?

    You can change them in Smartphone APP or the web site.

    Please select the data you want to change in My Box and tap [Edit].
    The page can be changed by entering number of pages in [Page Select] and tap [Finish] to load it again.

    *You cannot change the pages of the file uploaded by SHARP Network Print Driver.


  • How can I upload a web site, an E-mail or the booked e-ticket?

    Saving them in PDF format enables you to upload them in the Network Print Service.
    *The upload procedure for a web site is shown below. However, the way of saving may be different or no way of saving may be provided, depending on the OS or APP.

    • iOS smartphone
      1. Tap [Print] on the Share button of the browser.
      2. Pinch out (operate with the motion of spreading two fingers on the screen) the displayed image.
      3. Tap [Copy to Network Print].
      4. Execute File Uploads.
    • Android smartphone
      1. Tap [Share] on the menu icon of the browser.
      2. Tap [Print].
      3. Set the pages to be printed or the size for print and save it.
      4. Start the Smartphone APP and execute File Uploads.

    When you are using PC, you can register the file in the Network Print Service in the same way you would print on a printer by a mailer or a web browser after you have downloaded and installed SHARP Network Print Driver. Click here for SHARP Network Print Driver.

  • How can I upload a map via map APP?

    If the APP allows you to save in PDF format, click here to see the way of upload.
    In cases such as where the Share button is not displayed, direct upload via map APP is not available.
    *It is possible for you to get a screen shot and upload it.


  • Can I print the registered data repeatedly?

    You can print as many times as you want as long as it is within storage period. The storage period of data is 8 days including the date of registration. You can change it any of 1-30 days. The time of data deletion is around the same time of the day with the date of registration. But it may be shifted slightly.


Operation at Convenience Store


  • Do I have to connect my smartphone with the Multi-Function Copier in a convenience store over Wi-Fi?

    You don't have to connect for the Network Print Service.

    Network Print Service is a service where you can register files in advance and download them to print by a Multi-Function Copier. So, you don't have to connect your smartphone to Wi-Fi in a convenience store.

  • The message "user number is required." is displayed, when I try to print at a convenience store. Where can I check the number?

    Your user number can be checked in the following screens after login.

  • The message "8-digit number is required." is displayed, when I try to print at a convenience store. Where can I check the number?

    Sharp Multi-Function Copier requires 10-digit user number and never requires 8-digit number.

    For printing the files uploaded in the Network Print Service, you can login by entering the 10-digit user number or entering your E-mail address and password to select the files you want to print. The Network Print Service is available for printing by a Sharp Multi-Function Copier installed in the following convenience stores.

    • Seicomart
    • FamilyMart
    • Lawson
    *Some convenience store may not support the Network Print Service.


  • I don't know how to operate Multi-Function Copier.

  • The uploaded data is not displayed on Multi-Function Copier in a convenience store. Why?

    The uploaded data may not be ready for printing.

    Please check to see the left of My Box in the Smartphone APP. If the preview of the uploaded file is displayed, it is ready to be printed. If other than that is displayed, it is not displayed on Multi-Function Copier, because the file is that cannot be printed.


  • Please let me know how to print 2-sided.

    For Document Print, you can set at the printing by a multi-copier in a store. Please set 2-sided print in this screen displayed when Document Print is selected. Print setting screen on a Multi-Function Copier

    However, 2-sided print is not available for Image Print.


  • How can I print image file with copy papers?

    You have to select the paper type at the printing by a multi-copier in a store. After [Print Service] -> [Network Print] -> [Image Print], please select [Enlargement Print] at the selection of print type. Print type selection screen for Multi-Function Copier

    We are very sorry to say that we are not allowing you to bring your own papers for printing. You can make print on the A4 size photo papers loaded in a Multi-Function Copier.


  • Where can I specify the paper for printing photo?

    You can select the paper size at the printing by a Multi-Function Copier in a store.


  • Can I bring glossy papers to a convenience store for printing?

    We are very sorry to say that we are not allowing you to bring your own papers for printing. You can make Print on the A4 size photo papers loaded in a Multi-Function Copier.


  • The image is printed with the top, bottom, right and left side cut off. How can I print without being cut off?

    L size photo print is a full bleed print in which the registered image is enlarged to print so that the image may fit the edge of top, bottom, right and left of the paper. You can print the image with void and without being cut by specifying the print area.

  • When a Excel® file is printed, a blank page is printed out. Why?

    When a Excel® file is uploaded, the Network Print Service converts it into a file for printing. At that time, a page in the original file is too big to fit in one page in a file for printing and a blank page may be added.
    We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you are requested to ensure a little more void in the target file. Please perform printing after uploading the changed file and checking that the print image may not include any blank page in the Details of My Box.
